8th Annual Richard Hoopii Leo Kie Kie Falsetto  Hosted by “Uncle Richard” Hoopii, one of Hawaii’s most beloved and talented musicians, this singing competition showcases Maui’s finest amateur male falsetto performers. Contestants belt their most exquisite high-register voices, an art form dating back to a time when Hawaiian women were forbidden to sing publicly. Special surprise guests to perform as well.

Tickets $20 and $15 for kupuna (seniors 55 years and older) and keiki (children) 12 and under; 6:00 pm
