Are there any regulations regarding the use of cell phone and other mobile electronic devices in Maui County?
As of July 6th, 2010 Bill number 40 was signed in to law for Maui County and it states "No person shall operate a motor vehicle while using a mobile electronic device." For the full text of the ordinance 3753 and further details please visit the County of Maui website for the press release.
